Aoife O’Doherty is a freelance fashion stylist, image consultant and shoot coordinator based in Dublin Ireland.
Aoife O' Doherty believes that her success in the fashion industry is due to her unique mix of combining a love of fashion, a creative flair and passion for style, while of course ever fearlessly experimenting with new ideas. She also believes in having a lot of fun and feels the fashion industry is a very exciting place to work. Aoife is also a very talented writer who completed a degree in journalism & blogging in Dublin before deciding to embark on a career in fashion journalism combining her love of the industry with her passion for writing.
In London, at the age of just 21 Aoife secured a place in the prestigious London College of Fashion. Aoife was then recommended by one of her lecturers and journalist for ID magazine, for a much sought after position in international fashion production company North Six London. Aoife with her creative flair and attention to detail then went on to work successfully with internationally renowned clients on advertising and editorial campaigns. Clients she worked along side include British Vogue, US Vogue, Rimmel, H&M, Interview Magazine, Lancôme and Pepe Jeans.
Aoife has also worked for Spring Studios in London a Creative Agency specialising in end to end production for fashion, beauty, lifestyle and luxury brands. Aoife's role as production coordinator involved working with high profile photographers, celebrities, models and clients from around the globe. Aoife worked closely with Tom Ford, Canali, Pepe Jeans and Versus Versace on internal moving image and stills productions which she enjoyed immensely. She has also worked with clients such as I.D, Mulberry, Harpers Bazaar, International Vogues , Zara and Topshop. To add to her impressive portfolio of skills and talents, Aoife a has a diploma in photography from The Shaw Academy and she also completed a degree in Fashion Styling in Dublin studying image consultancy, colour analysis, body shapes, history of fashion and much more.
Aoife is now based in Dublin, Ireland and her most recent work was on campaign styling for global brand Lidl, Irish Designer Audrey Noonan, Solstice Magazine and Style Sessions at Arnotts. Aoife prides herself on her creativity and hands-on experience in an ever changing, fast-paced industry. She truly believes she can help her clients discover their own unique sense of style and personal fashion in order to feel and look wonderful. She feels she can bring new life and vibrancy to any wardrobe through her assistance with personal shopping, wardrobe organisation and fun, friendly consultations about personal shape, colours and dressing.
